Onboarding Performance Diagnostic

Find the constraint before you fund the fix.

A fixed three-week engagement for growing B2B SaaS companies that need an evidence-based answer before they hire, rebuild, or automate.

What you receive

A decision-ready diagnosis.

Executive diagnosis

The primary constraint, contributing causes, evidence, counter-evidence, and confidence level.

Operating assessment

A seven-dimension view across value and TTV, readiness, handoffs, delivery, consistency, measurement, and capacity.

90-day action plan

Prioritized recommendations, sequencing, owners, success measures, and what should deliberately wait.

Three weeks

Frame. Gather. Analyze. Decide.

Week 1 — Frame & gather

Align on the decision, collect process artifacts and data, and interview the people closest to the work.

Week 2 — Analyze & test

Study TTV, variance, readiness, handoffs, dependencies, and capacity. Test competing explanations.

Week 3 — Synthesize & plan

Deliver the diagnosis, maturity profile, recommendations, and an executive readout with a 90-day plan.

Strong fit

Enough repetition to see a pattern. Enough urgency to act.

  • Series A through growth-stage B2B SaaS
  • CS still owns onboarding or the function is newly specialized
  • Launches are slow, unpredictable, or increasingly custom
  • An executive sponsor can act on the findings within 90 days
  • The team can provide reasonable access to people, artifacts, and data
Not designed for: fractional leadership, staff augmentation, implementation without diagnosis, or founder-led motions too new to contain repeatable evidence.
Investment

$7,500 founding rate

Available for the first three engagements while the delivery model is refined. The intended standard price is $10,000. Payment is 50% at signature and 50% when evidence collection is complete, before final synthesis and readout.

Founding clients receive the full scope. In return, I ask for candid feedback and, where appropriate, permission to use an anonymized account of the work.
