About Andrew

An operator’s view of onboarding.

I help post-sale leaders make onboarding faster, more predictable, and easier to scale. That perspective comes from 12+ years inside the work—leading delivery teams, building implementation functions, and connecting operating evidence to the decisions executives need to make.

The operating path

Built from the front lines up.

I started in Customer Success and complex delivery, managing onboarding directly and learning where strong commercial promises get lost—in handoffs, dependencies, and unclear definitions of customer value.

At Staffbase, Bonusly, and Mindbody/Booker, my scope expanded across onboarding, implementation, support, and professional services. I led global teams, built new functions and internal operating tools, and worked across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and technical delivery.

The throughline is simple: onboarding performance is rarely one broken template. It is an operating-system problem involving readiness, ownership, segmentation, measurement, capacity, and a shared definition of meaningful customer progress.

01

Customer delivery

Worked directly with SMB, enterprise, and multi-site customers; built playbooks and learned how readiness and value differ by segment.

02

Function and team leadership

Designed implementation motions, handoffs, enablement, capacity models, and feedback loops across global delivery teams.

03

Connected operating intelligence

Built dashboards and internal tools that joined delivery effort, customer context, and risk so leaders could see what standard reports missed.

How I work

Judgment first. Evidence underneath it.

01

Evidence before certainty

Data narrows the investigation. Stakeholder interviews, customer journeys, and process artifacts test the explanation. A chart is a signal—not a diagnosis.

02

Systems before heroics

A healthy motion should not depend on the one person who remembers every exception and rescues every launch. Strong systems make good performance repeatable.

03

Automation after clarity

AI and automation can create enormous leverage—but only after the decision, process, ownership, and exception paths are understood.

Built in the work

Proof, with the operating context left in.

The most useful evidence is not a list of capabilities. It is the work itself: the decisions made, the systems built, and what changed afterward.
